University of Leeds is offering the Psychology International Excellence Scholarships to applicants who are willing to undergo a degree program at the Institution.
In 2016, The University of Leeds became University of the Year 2017 in The Times and The Sunday Times’ Good University Guide. The university has risen to 13th place overall, which reflects impressive results in student experience, high entry standards, services and facilities, and graduate prospects.
In 2018, the global world ranking of the University of Leeds is No.93. There are currently 30,842 students are studying in this university. The average tuition fee is £9,250 (~$12,000-12,500) per year, although there are cases where there are partial subsidies towards this cost.
The university operates research facilities in the aviation field, with the Airbus A320flight simulator. The simulator was devised with an aim to promote the safety and efficiency of flight operations; where students use the simulator to develop their reactions to critical situations such as engine failure, display malfunctioning and freak weather.
In addition to these facilities, many university departments conduct research in their respective fields. There are also various research centres, including Leeds University Centre for African Studies.
Conditions
Students must be new to the University, self-funded and not in receipt of any other fee scholarships, bursaries or University of Leeds awards. Students achieving AAA or above at A level (or equivalent) will be considered for the scholarship. Self-funding students who successfully complete the University of Leeds International Foundation Year will also be eligible.
